● 蒸馏塔排放的低压水蒸气再压缩为高温高压的蒸汽的设备
● 低压蒸汽废热能源再回收利用的设备
蒸汽压缩机(MVR)-能量节约型MVR设备
● 通过对介质压缩或对蒸汽再压缩，实现能源节约
● 主要构成的蒸汽压缩机(鼓风机)，蒸发器占设备整体金额的40～50%。
单级 MVR系统
MVR用压缩机主要适用于：
石油化工：
● 蒸馏塔排放的蒸汽加压后高温蒸气作为蒸馏塔的热源使用
● 对排放蒸汽重新使用
食品及饮料：
牛奶等对温度敏感的液体低温(60℃)浓缩而采用的真空闭式循环蒸发
淡水工厂：
● 蒸发方法(蒸发机械式再压缩)
● 压缩蒸汽为高温高压，使其做为盐水蒸发用热源再使用。
